Vaccination Prescriptive Authority and
Immunization Training Program For Pharmacists

ALBUQUERQUE

(2 Separate Courses Offered! (Knowledge-based training))

1. Full Vaccination Certification Program
   12hrs. (8hrs. live & 4 home study)
   $150 member/$330 non-member.  (Application-based training) 
   (Non-member fee for full course includes NMPhA annual dues)
    
2. Certification for anyone who has completed the APhA Immunization Program
   2hrs. live-
   $40 member/$80 non-member.  (Knowledge-based training)

Getting a National Provider Identification number

Pharmacists are encouraged to get their NPI number. It is used for billing pharmacist provided vaccinations to New Mexico employees and family members through most state programs.
